Spotify won’t connect to ps4

I went online on my phone and linked my PS4 and Spotify accounts but when I go onto my actual PS4 and open Spotify and try to log in it won’t let me and tells me that Spotify is already linked. I’m so frustrated and confused. Why is it telling me it’s linked on my phone but it won’t let me on my console.

On top of that i would suggest using this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details.

This way, you'll be able to make sure you're logged and have linked the right account.

Still doesn't want to work now when I link it thru my phone a screen pops up on my PlayStation that just says an error has occurred
