Still some adverts

Hi I’ve just subscribe a premium personal account and I still have some adverts as the free account.

To make sure you're logged in to the account that is on Premium, go to the app settings and select Account. Make sure the app says "Premium" under "Your plan". In case it doesn't, take a look at your receipts page. If the payment isn't visible there, it's worth checking its status with your payment provider. If the payment has gone through but it's not visible on your account, you may have enabled your Premium on a different one you may have. To check for additional accounts, see this page here.

With this out of the way, we'd like to ask you if you are getting these ads while listening to music or while viewing podcasts. Note that Spotify Premium doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience, however, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages. It's up to the podcast creators if they would like to include third-party advertising in their episodes.

Lastly, if you've confirmed you're on Premium but you're still getting ads while listening to your tracks, we'd like to ask you to send us a screenshot of one when an ad plays so that we can get a closer look at what's going on and potentially report it backstage if anything is indeed out of order 🙂
