Superuser Contribution Email verification doesn't work.

I changed my email in my account but when I click on the verification link that is emailed to me, it keeps saying it didn't work and to resend the email. I've tried two different browsers on my computer and also on my phone. Same issue every time.

can't receive change your password email for reasons. it's been 4-5 days. nothing has worked so far. it shows the same message for my other account but logs in after 3-4 attempts. that's not the case for my main account.
