Spotify duo

My husband and I are trying to start Spotify duo but it keeps saying my address doesn’t match his even though it’s the same address.

Are all the spellings, formatting (i.e. no random spaces in one that isn't in the other) and numbers correct? If so, I would try copying and pasting the same address, if possible, to ensure that these things are correct (for example, by writing it out in a notes page or message and then copy and paste it in for both of you). I reckon it's looking for an exact match and the formatting is slightly different when you're typing them in.
