Stole my money

Stole my money

I paid the $.99 for the 3 month premium. I haven't gotten it at all. Spotify wont even register that I paid for it. My bank account shows I did though. I can't contant spotify staff. I emailed them and I got an auto-mail back which has no solutions at all to my problem. I'm extreamly fustrated. How do I get my money back or premium? I signed up on my phone. It said enjoy premium yet I'm not getting it. They don't have a number to call. Any solutions? Has this happened to anyone else?

I didn't even sign up for premium , and these bastards took money out of my account, Ireplied to the auto mail , so now it's a hurry up and wait till these thieves get around to it I guess
