Stolen CC info

Stolen CC info

Someone stole my CC info and opened up an account with Spotify almost a year ago. I have attempted multiple times to message with spotify customer service reps. The last time in November 2022 they told me the had found the fraudelnt account and would cancel future charges, suspend account and refund me for all premium charges. I have now received another recurring charge in December 2022 and I have yet to receive a refund. I have now blocked Spotify as a merchant since American Express has great customer service BUT I want a refund since it was not me authorizing these charges. Since Spotify doesn't have a customer service # that I can call, I'm hoping someone over there will read this and email me or give me a call so I can get this fixed. 

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks
