Stolen premium account

Two day ago I couln't log in to my account on Spotify. I have Premium subscription.
When I tried to reset password and filled form there are no mail in my inbox.
I thought I will try to create new account with the same mail - if my mail is still in spotify there should be error that "mail already exist" - but there was no.
It looks like someone take over my account (?) and change email so right now i can't log in and change passowrd.
I fill the form on spotify to report that but there is no response.
How can I get my account back?
And how can I block payment of account that I can not use? Only by blocking creadit card in bank?

Spotify support has just contacted me and I have my account back 🙂

So if anyone has the same problem please contact support.
