Student Discount Credit Card Problem

I am eligible to have the student discount on my account but the credit card I'm using is not in my name, as I do not have one in my name. The cardholder has granted me permission to use their card but Spotify doesn't let me do that because the name on the card doesn't match the name on the student verification. How can I use this card on my account or fix this so I can have the student discount?
