Student Discount Error Message

I had previously signed up for premium, but want to change to the student discount as I was not aware of it at the time. I click the "Get Premium" link from the student page and log in and it tells me "oops something went wrong" everytime. It will only allow me to re sign up at the full price.

How can I get around this error message to sign up for the discount I am entitled to as a college student?

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
