Student Discount Error

I tried to get the student discount premium subscription, but it kept not accepting my student information. When I checked my bank account this morning I had been charged $5.48 four times and I still don't have premium. HELP

Student Discounts are a bit tricky due to the other sites involved in the process I think. You should try using the contact form to have a Spotify staff member look into this for you 🙂 Just make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive afterwards, even if it's a no-reply. Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
