Student Discount Not Working

I suscribed for student discount in the US and everything went through but I still got charged $9.99. This is not what I was willing to pay and I am surprised that I was charged this much because I verified my school email and it even said that "You may now access the exclusive student pricing at Spotify."

What should I do?

Were you charged the full $9.99? When you go to the account page, what type of subscription does it show that you have? I only ask because sometimes the rate is pro-rated for the normal account status and then discounted for some days for the student account price.
