Student Discount

I'm trying to get my account to be recognized as a student, becuase I am one, in order to get the discount. It is telling me that I am ineligable to recieve this discount. It never asks to me varify it or anything, it just immediately says Im not eligable. How do I change this?

I also have the same problem. I've been getting charged $9.99 instead of $4.99 for the past few months and I am not sure on how to received this discount again. I still have at least another year from now until I am no longer a student.
