Student Discount

I have had premium for a long time now and as a student the discount is great! However I never go the code to renew my student discount and have been charged the full amount for at least the past 5 months and ive been trying to get this fixed since im still a student I want to keep my discount and try to get compensated for the months I paid in full since I was not informed of the switch. Ive been trying to contact someone to help and no one has responded to my emails and its getting very frustrating and I love spotify and don't want to stop using it but this has only made me more frustrated and not wanting to use it. HELP

You might get a automated email from them saying to check the Community etc. even if it is a No reply address... Reply straight back and this will be queued for a Spotify Support Agent to reply back as soon
