Student Subscription Failure

Hello! I attempted to get the student discount for spoitify premium, added my debit card informaiton, was charged, and  THEN asked to submit proof that I was a student. I submitted my acceptence letter and a recent letter to show that I am in fact inrolled in a college. I still have not received conformation that they have approved my request and am still on spotify free even though our account was charged. Since I am enrolled as a freshman in the fall term and school has not yet started there might be an issue processing, but I am hoping that someone can advise me what to do next, especially because we are already paying for premium but still using the free version!! Thank you so much!
