Student Subscription

Hi, I recently purchased the student discount premium for $4.99. At first, i made an account and put in my card info and the money was immediately deducated from my account. However, on the page after that where I needed to verify my school, there was a glitch while tring to select my school from the drop down menu so I refreshed the page and it took me back to the payment info. Now, on my account it shows I don't have regular premium, but premium trial when I've already been charged for a premium account. please help!!!
