Student discount France - can't proceed

Hello!

I'm already a Premium member and very satisfied with Spotify. 🙂

Yesterday I found out about the student discount and I sent proof of my student status to the SheerID system. This morning I received an email that said that my status had been confirmed and that I needed to go back to Spotify.com to finish my subscription.

But after I enter the payment details a page tells me that I already redeemed that offer.

I'm stuck here. Is there anything I can do?
