Student subscription discount

Hello,

I just recently (today) got charged $9.99 for this month's subscription. I am a student but had no idea about the 50% student discount until after discovering the charge. How can I get a refund and change my subscription or is it possible to have that $9.99 charge apply to both this month and the month after?
