Subcribed to Singtel Spotify package but still not getting premium

Hi, I've confirmed my subscription with Singtel on their package with Spotify in March but today, my account revert to Free instead of Premium.

Please help me out.

Hi All,

Just to close this tread, I've successfully resolved my issues and what I did was to inform Singtel to reset the account and re-link to Spotify again.

Can you linking your accounts again by going to https://music.singtel.com/index.php?r=signUp/spotify&planType=0Q1?

@Ninjado1984 What's the error message that you receive? You may need to contact to Singtel to reset your package so you can link again.

It precisely told me to contact Singtel.

But Singtel was the one who told me to seek help here.

Sigh. I'll contact Singtel again tml..
