Subsciption Problems

I am having issues with my spotify premium account. It is not allowing me to use any payment method in order to renew my subscription. This has been going on for some time now and I cannot find a solution.

I have Premiun account and from press to get the new version Spotify screen dissapears. Pulse to display the secreen Spotify and within seconds dissaperas. I brought my computer to check and they told me taht the problem is Spotify.

Other people have told me the same thing happens.

What happen?

Spotify will contact me?
