Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

I tried to subscribe to Premium Student but when I tried to sign up it gave me an error saying that something went wrong. So I tried again and I got the same error so I gave up at that point. However, my account was charged twice so I assumed that the payment did go through correctly. But checking at my account it says that I am still on spotify Free. Ive looked at the FAQ's. I logged out and logged back into my account. I even unistalled the app and re-installed it again and premium was still not showing up. I have contacted twice but I was not able to get any help. I do not have two accounts. Can anyone help?

Hmm, it's a bit odd, mainly because Student Discount is not directly through Spotify, sometimes delays happen. Did you register through the official website for your country (you can check it here for the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany ) ? Also, if you don't mind giving me the case# when you contacted support, I can try escalating this from here to the right team 🙂
