Hi, im having trouble with spotify, i Been trying to enter to My premium account and when i start session in My count it says im free , i Had payed already 3 times

Okay, but have you received a receipt for the purchases from Spotify via Email? If not, they're very likely just pending charges: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
