Today I renewed my subscription of spotify premium ($15) with an iTunes card, I went onto the app on my iPad and the program on my PC and it says I still have Spotify Free.
I have had no problems with renewing it for the past 2 months and now I have this problem. I read the other solutions to fix this, (logging out and logging back in, deleting the app and program) and it didn't work.
I just checked on my account where it says 'Reciepts' I didn't even get a reciept for it.

I renewed it as a subscription in iTunes' 'manage subscriptions' though. I didn't purchase it THROUGH the app which had worked when my subscription renewed for June.
Yes but during the Intro Offers, it is not possible to subscribe to Spotify Premium via iTunes / App Store (it will result in a failed payment on Spotifys side), that's why you haven't received a Spotify Receipt and your account is still Free :(.
Is there anything that can be done about it?
I don't think Spotify can do anything about it. You could try to get a refund for that purchase via Apple.
Also, what do you mean by Intro Offers?
3 months of Premium for 0.99 :).

So when that offer finishes I'd be able to purchase Premium through the app?
I think so, yeah. Make sure to double check if its possible again, before trying to purchase it through the App :).
