Subscription changed for some reason...

I have Spotify premium through my rogers account for 2 years as a family plan. The rest of my family is able to use their Spotify premium as they'd like but I seem to have been kicked off the account. It now says I have a free subscription and I can no longer use the app how I did when I had premium. Help!
