I have subscribed to "premium" via paypal. And have received a statement for a payment to yourselves (herewith attached). Yet I have not received any of the perks associated therewith. If you could kindly look into this, much appreciated.

@Vincentvdm no worries vincent ^_^ it should go through straight away though, I'd suggest you contact the spotify support team now you've tried those troubleshooting steps!

 

If you get a response saying to consult the community first, respond to that email saying you have, and they'll help you out ASAP!

@Vincentvdm Sorry to hear you're having this issue - it must be frustrating.

 

  • when you log into your account page, https://www.spotify.com/login/, does it say you're premium?
  • is this problem occurring on all devices?
  • have you tried uninstalling and re-installing your spotify application on all devices?

 

 

Ah yep tried all devices and deleted everything and reinstalled, no result.
I might wait a day or two and repeat.
