I have a debit MasterCard and can't seem to use it for spotify premium, can I use it and if so how? I went to the subscription page and typed in all the information as if it was a credit card because that's the only and closest option that I have but it says "oops something went wrong" every time I try.

I'm sorry but that didn't work I went from safari to chrome and it displays the same message.

Well, in this case then I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook).

I don't use social media but I did contact them through email and they sent me here so I don't know what to do, they never even tried to resolve my problem they just said go to the community forums.

This issue is generally solved by clearing the cache of the browsers and trying again. Maybe if you use an icognito window it might help too.

I suggest you try again... maybe restart the computer... sometimes we miss important details during the process and we only realize when repeat it a couple of times.

I used google chrome and internet explorer and I cleared the cache on both, but same response.

Don't you have any credit card available to use?

I'm in the United States, I don't own a credit card but is there a way I can use the money on the debit card and put it towards Spotify like buying a Spotify gift card or other hoop I have to jump through.

To buy a gift card you need a credit card, come on dude if I had a credit card I would just buy Spotify. Is there any way I can buy Spotify using the money I have on a debit card, I don't own a credit card.

It varies from country to country the availability of paying with debit cards. In the US I really don't know. As you can see in this topic, some people managed to use it, but it seems like it depends if it's a Visar or other type.
