Hello,

My Vodafone Premium subscription ended yesterday and I'm trying to register to my partners Premium Family subscription but Spotify is still telling me I have a subscription with Vodafone. I have tried to register a new account but it is telling me that my email address is already registered. I don't have another email address and do not want to set up another just so I can get spotify.

Why is spotify saying my Vodafone subscription is still active? And how can I get around it?
