Switching from Spotify Premium to Premium for Family

Hi, i made a big mistake in managing my subscriptions. I've accidentally bought a month of premium of my personal account while i was trying to renew my premium for family subscription on another account. My premium for family account is: Username: frashar email: alessiaoorzella@gmail.com

My question is: Is it possible to get a refund of the paid month on my personal account to use later the money to renew my family account?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can help you sort out your payments. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
