My Problème:

Hello
In order to take advantage of Spotify Family's new products, Spotify asks me to update my mailing address.

But the system doesn't recognize my address.
So I try an address close to mine and that is this time recognized by spotify, then I click add the address and there an error occurs...

Can you do what is necessary quickly in order to solve my problem!

Hi,

I don't understand the scenario.

 

When does spotify ask you for your email address? In the app? Spotify already has your email address already, so I'm surprised spotify is asking this.

I think they mean their adress where they live. 

You need to confirm your adress e.g. to use Spotify Premum in family plan.

Thanks. But there's also no option to change the address. You can change the country but spotify doesn't need your physical address as far as I know.
