Transferring Spotify Premium to a new email address/facebook.

Hello,

I recently deactivated my facebook, and I want to continue to use my spotify premium service. Is there a way to transfer my premium from my facebook account to my new email?

Yes, if you created a new account just send a message via the Online contact form.

If you get an automated answer, reply directly to it. They will help you transfer your subscription and playlists to the new account.

@groennebaek - Ignore the fact the email is from no-reply, I've never understood it myself but your response will go to a real person.

Yes, if you created a new account just send a message via the Online contact form.

If you get an automated answer, reply directly to it. They will help you transfer your subscription and playlists to the new account.

Hmm - I needed to do the same, but it seems like the email you wrote I have to write to is a "no reply"-email. Is there a different way, or will they contact me anyway?

Is there a reason he told me this? "Before closing your account, we'll back up your playlists, account/playlist Followers and Your Music, so we can transfer them to your new one (although we can't transfer subscriptions over)."

 

 

Apparently they dont transfer subscriptions anymore.

that would really suck if it's true seen as I really want to deactivate my facebook and still continue to use premium. I did use a promotion to get it cheaper but would much rather use it till it expires than have to make an entirely new account and have to pay again.
