Tried to cancel my subscription, but it doesn't work.

Hi,

just got informed by Paypal, that I authorized a subscription to Spotify. Unfortunaly I did not. I cancelled my subscription last week.

I thought, maybe I did a mistake and tried to cancel my subscription again. But now my account details still tell me, that my subscription will be renewed on April, 28th.

Anything I can do about this?
