Trouble with logging in

Trouble with logging in

I had to create a new account using a secondary email in order to post this.

 

Something is wrong with my original account: *snip*

 

When I tried logging in, it said the user does not have an active account.  I tried resetting the password multiple times and once I get the link in my email and click on it, it says INVALID LINK.

 

I tried creating a new profile using my same email address and it said 'This username/email is already in use'.  I tried linking or logging in through FB and nothing.  Can someone help?  I've logged into my account many times throughout the week(s) and no problems but now, I can't get in.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

I understand your concern. Could you try resetting your password here: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ using a different browser or incognito mode?

 

Also, if possible, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
