Two accounts - Cant log in to Premium

Hi

I've got two Spotify accounts, one (free) account on my laptop which is logged in with fb, and another one on my iphone (premium) and that username is just a random number that spotify gave me. As far as I know, this account is not connected to my fb.

So I logged off on my premium account on my iphone and I can't log in again, if i type the username (that number) it says that my account is connected to fb, but if i log in with my fb account, i get logged into my free account that i use on my laptop...

Now I am unable to log into my premium account, which i mainly use and I have no idea how to get back in, if i go on "forgot password", it tells me it's a fb account and i go back to my fb account.
