Unable to access Premium account.

Hey,

I had a student account for 12 months which expired. I was told to cancel the account and start the student discount again. I am now unable to locate my school in the list and had to send proof that I was enrolled by means of a detailed schedule. Also my credit card was charged and I still have the free subscription services. 

This is already the second day that I haven't received the services that I paid for and Spotify has no live member to handle this situation either by phone or web chat. I believe you guys do have enough money to have at least 5 people just waiting for IM no? Please resolve this issue ASAP or you might be losing a customer of 3-4 years.

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
