My Question or Issue

I have followed the instructions provided in previous questions about this but simply cannot change my email address. This is incredibly frustrating. Please help.

Hey @kez56, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I am sorry to hear you’re having trouble updating your email. Can you try updating your email address following these steps using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t work, can you let me know how you’re signing into your account - is it through Spotify directly, or through a third-party (like Facebook, Google, or Apple)? 

 

You can also send me a screenshot of any messages you’re seeing when you attempt to change your email, making sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community. That would allow me to take a closer look.

I'm having the same issue. Following the steps it just gives me: For your protection we are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again later.
There is no listing for a customer service person to talk with to have them resolve. 
This is incredibly frustrating.

I am sorry to hear that you’re facing problems with changing your email address. If you have followed the steps I provided in my last reply and are still unsuccessful with changing your email, then I’d recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
