Unable to complete signing up for Premium

Unable to complete signing up for Premium

I wanted to sign up for the premium. When I first entered my credit card information and clicked on the "sign up and start my free trial" button I received an error message. I tried this a couple of times with the same result. 

I then reloaded the page and entered my credit card information and clicked the button again. This time it didnt give me an error message but it gave me another message saying "it looks like you've already taken a free trial or discount offer. Our regular Spotify Premium plan is just a click away. Click continue to read more." I then clicked continue and was sent back to the page where you sign up for premium. 

 

I haven't received anything from you in my email, so I reckon I haven't signed up. What is going on?

 

BTW I have attached a screen shot of the message.

Just to confirm, have you tried using this card to pay for an offer or sign up for a trial before?
