Opened a premium account with Spotify via Sonos and have been charged £9.99 a month since November 2015. Unfortunately somehow I seem to have a free account as well. Both have the same email address. I cant log on to the premium account as I cant remember the password. When I try to change it, no email comes through. Email inquires have been met with FAQ type answers that havent helped.
Can anyone tell me how to
1. Contact Spotify and cancel the accounts and start again with a single account linked to one email address
2. Any other way to sort this out
At present I'm being charged but cant access the premium content. I'm also being encouraged to upgrade to premium from the free account. Its bizarre that there is no contact point with spotify which involves a human being.
