Unable to join Premium Duo

Hi there,
I have just started Premium duo (I think). 

My girlfriend and I live together in Dublin, Ireland but she is in Poland at the moment because she went for holidays and is not able to return yet due to pandemic and closing of the borders. 

The problem is that I sent her a link but she is not able to join because her location says Poland.

Please help/advise

Hey @iB79, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

She won't be able to join the plan if she is in Poland and you're in Dublin, because the plan requires that the two people have to reside at the same physical address. 

In that case, I'd recommend waiting for your girlfriend to get back to Dublin with you, and then she can join your Premium Duo plan.

Thank you for your reply Billy.
To be honest, I don't think it is fair when she is paying her rent and her job, bank account, plants and everything else is here but what can we do.. I just hope Spotify doesn't charge me twice because I had to change my plan back to Premium.
