Unable to update payment method

Unable to update payment method

I am unable to update my payment method. The Spotify Help topic directs me to:

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
3. Enter a new payment method.

However after logging in from a desktop web browser and clicking on "Account", the only options presented are to "Sign out everywhere" or "Close Account".

 

If I log in on my phone instead, I can't figure out how to change the payment method either. I go to: Settings-> Account -> Premium Plan -> Billing

it shows read only data about the billing date, amount, and the fact that it will charge to a "Visa" card. But there is no ability to update anything.

 

Please advise how to change the credit card used for payment
