Unauthorized email change and no response from customer support

Unauthorized email change and no response from customer support

I believe  you account has been hacked. My email, and password have been changed without my authorization. Furthermore, I've sent customer support numerous messages,many they have so far refuse to remedy the problem. Has anyone else experience this and I'm not sure what else I should do

That doesn't sound good, but no worries, we're here to help! Which method did you use to contact support? Keep in mind that if you used the contact form and your account's email was changed, then any responses will go to that email address. In this case, you should use the anonymous form (make sure you're not logged in the community or any Spotify account) so that you can enter the email address you have access to. Make sure to add any necessary information so that support knows which account you need help with.
