Hey @user-removed,

Sorry that didn't help 🙂

Have you tried it with another user account in your PC?

I've also have something weird going on with my songs in my account as well, you can check it in this thread.

I'd also recommend using Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options in your Spotify account page.

Let me know how it goes 🙂

Hey @user-removed,

Could you try to sort by for example "artist" to arrange the order of the songs in a different way, and then remove from library?

Also, if you remove a song so it gets "unsaved", and then restart the app, will the same song still be there with a check/saved mark to the left of the song or it will just stay there with the option to tick the +?

Please let me know 🙂

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. Could you tell me what have you tried to address this? Can you remove them from your Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge app? Have you tried another internet connection?

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

restarting all my devices doesn't work. moreover, i have this problem more than one year. but now i thought to search for help. i also tried out reinstalling the app on andoird as on my pc aswell. nothing worked until now...

PC Version: 1.0.88.353.g15c26ea1

Android Version: 8.4.70.666 armV7

I don't think that this is a problem dued to a device....maybe, a server/database issue? Because the problem is at every device i'm logged in. as i told i have this problem more than one year
