Unidays associated with another account error

Hi, I'm trying to continue my unidays discount on my spotify account. The Spotify support team removed my subscription so that I can re-link it my unidays account. 

However I think they did not process the subscription removal completely, so my unidays account is still associated to my username, however the discount is not being applied. 

Please could someone from the team help here. I've sent a few emails over the last week with no response. (I guess with a 'free' account the SLA's are very different to Premium accounts.

What's the case number or reference code on the e-mails of when you reached out to the customer service team? I'm more than happy to escalate it for you and make sure it gets to the right team.
