Unknown device on Spotify connect

For a while now I've been noticing that someone has been playing classical music on my account on an Echo that I don't own. I usually log in with Facebook so I logged out all devices on Facebook and changed my password, but it carried on. I then logged out all devices on spotify and changed my password but the device is still there and still I can see someones been playing music on my account.

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
