I've been trying over multiple days and different times of the day to change my credit card details, but I keep getting the oh no theres been a problem message.

 

Totally frustrated. You can't tell me there is a consistent problem ALL the time.

 

HELP!

I have no clue if this will work, but you could try cancel your subscribtion and then try re-do the subscribtion since you will not lose you premium before the expiring date 😉 

Thanks for the proposal, but is that realy a solution? It does not seem to be a proffessional/great software that cannot handle a simple update of payment info...

I do have premium myself and I've tried to update the card info plenty of times and it have seemed to be working for me. But ofcouse it should be possible for you to change the card information instead of removing subscribtion and then adding it again!

Ill stay alert on the post, so im here incase any solution comes up!
