Upgrading from Premium to Family

I want to upgrade from my Premium account to Family to allow wife to get Premium. What happens to all the 'stuff' associated with my existing account - playlists etc. Do they get transferred over or do I lose everything? Sorry but couldn't find this answered elsewhere...

Your playlists are stored on the servers of Spotify. You won't lose any data/playlists while changing your subscription.

I'd like to the same. How does the bililng work? For example at the upgrade screen it says Me+1 Family is $14.99 so if I upgrade will I be charged that price AND my Premium subscription price of $9.99? Does the system know to automatically add the extra $5 bucks or do I have to start a whole subscription on a different credit card?

It means for you plus 1 person it will be $14.99 TOTAL.
