Use one credit card for multiple account

Checking for most recent info as last time I see this asked was several years ago. 

Can I pay for multiple accounts with one credit card?

(Spotify family is not available in my area)

To answer your question, this is possible. Make sure that the country the payment method is registered in matches the country on the account.
