Used a throwaway (temporary email) to create the account a few years back and cant reset password

Basically, I created a Spotify account a few years back and used a maildrop (temporary email account). I can sign in with facebook to my account and it's logged in all my devices but I can't change the password cause I cant remember it since I always login with facebook and I don't have access to the temporary email because it's been a few years. I can prove im the owner through facebook if needed
