My Question or Issue

I received this email implying my User profile has been "Taken Down" and I don't know what it means. The Spotify support chat cannot help me and keep closing the issue without giving me other options to contact them. The email has no information about what I did or any way to appeal for US citizens. I don't even know if its referring to my whole profile or my profile picture or some other aspect of my account. I've attached the email I received but it basically says this:

We have automatically removed the following content after receiving a report:

URI/URL: spotify:user:(my username)

Content Type: USER

 

Appeals options vary by location. If you're an EU resident you can appeal this decision following this link.

 

Abuse of our reporting system(... some other words about abuse of the reporting system)

 

Pleas do not reply to this email as address is unmonitored.

So far I can still log into my account but I don't have a profile picture anymore. My profile picture did not violate TOS - Wasn't even a picture of a person it was some text with no profanity, it wasn't even legible- just some lines of computer code.  What happened? Why wont Spotify help me at all with this? Is my account being taken away? I can find people who have had this issue with Playlists but not actual Users, I don't know why someone would maliciously report my user profile or why thats even an option (!!!)
