Using Spotify at Church Events with Proper License

I know it is not generally permissible to use the Spotify service in a public setting. However, as a church in the US, we are allowed under copyright law to play live or recorded music during our services. We must have the proper license to allow us to play live or recorded music at other events. If we have this license, is it permissible to use Spotify to play music during our services and events?

Because of the setting, you'll be required to use this membership in order to remain in the bounds of Spotify's terms of use.
