My son's validation code is not getting accepted when he tries to log in under my new family plan. What do we need to do?

Does your son see any error messages, or does it say that the code is invalid?

Are you able to resend the invitation? If so, please try to resend the invitation code as it may be expired.

Me too but it says it's an invalid code and my son sent it to me.
