Vodafone (Italy) + Premium

Hello Spotify Community, i hope you can help.

Seven months ago I activated "Vodafone Under 30", which includes one year of free Spotify Premium. This August my Spotify Premium account was deactivated for no reason. I contacted Vodafone and I was told that I was the one who cancelled the Premium subscription, although I never did such thing. 

I hope my explanation was clear and that you can give me advice.

Hey @TKlaus18!

 

We'd suggest getting  in touch with Vodafone directly. Since they're the ones that manage your subscription, only they can cancel or reactivate it for you.

i have the same problem as @TKlaus18

Vodafone has not given me an answer for this problem since 6th september. I'm already waiting for an answer and at the meantime no spotify premium service and refund too! 

Can you help us? Someone has told me that the partnership between Vodafone Italia and Spotify was interrupted.
